* All equipment shipped to Puerto Rico via the above mentioned carriers is subject to U.S. Customs inspection. All carriers deliver to the Resort usually during the afternoon between 1:00pm-5:00pm, Monday to Friday; there is no Saturday/Sunday pickup or delivery service.

To ship out after the event - be sure your labels have the hotel address (same as above)
You may leave the boxes in the exhibit hall area (put together in a corner) and FedEx will pick up the next working workday (Friday)
